Clear terms for a seamless and productive tenancy.

    • No rent bonds required

    • Flexible payment options: weekly, fortnightly, or monthly

    • Long-term license agreements available upon request

    • Payment in advance, due within 7 days of invoice

    • Failure to pay within 7 days will trigger a 30-day termination notice. If payment is not received by the end of this period, access to the building will be suspended until all arrears are fully settled.

    • Member’s access to the building

      • Front door station & desktop intercom unit in all suites

      • Client to dial the suite number on front door station

      • Tenant to answer and open front door for client using the intercom unit

    • Access to Board41 and self-contained tea room (based on fair use policy and booking via the member’s access on the website)

    • Access to tea rooms

      • Billi tap (boiling and chilled filtered water)

      • Fridge

      • Dishwasher

      • Nespresso coffee machine with pods, milk

      • Tea

      • Mentos

      • Biscuits

      • Mineral water

    • Car parking leases include secure parking with convenient access to the building’s rear entry.

    • The rule is simple: If you break it, you fix it

  • Security cameras monitor the premises.

    • We clean the building and suites twice a week (with tenant approval), restock supplies.

    • Secure proper disposal bin.

  • Each suite is provided with a secure mailbox.
